Sometimes proper treatment involves medical interventions such as
injections, physical therapy, and/or immobilization. Sometimes
conservative measures are not effective and surgery may be needed.
We often do surgery right in our own office-based hospital style
operating rooms. However, we are affiliated with major medical
centers in case a more comprehensive atmosphere is called for.
